The Hong Kong Soccer Football Partnership (HKRFU) and Hong Kong Females Soccer Sevens planning panel have declared the groups playing the 17th-annual Cathay Hawaiian / HSBC Hong Kong Females Soccer Sevens in 2014.Eleven nationwide groups from five major regions will be going to Hong Kong for the tournament: South America, North America, Chinese suppliers, Italy, Ireland in Europe, Asia, Kazakhstan, African-American, Papua New Guinea, Singapore and South African-American. African-American will be on first appearance at the Hong Kong Females Soccer Sevens in 2014, becoming the 37th worldwide group to take aspect in the Females Sevens, a revolutionary event in worldwide women's sevens Rugby.
The competition will be organized at the Hong Kong Soccer Club on Saturday, Goal 28, 2014 with the Females last again taking center-stage at the gents Cathay Hawaiian / HSBC Hong Kong Sevens on Saturday evening in front of 40,000 sevens lovers. 2013 Hong Kong Females Soccer Sevens winners North America will be making a strong bid to protect their headline after having achieved the ultimate of the Soccer Globe Cup Sevens in July losing to New Zealand 12-29.A third group, South america, have been welcomed by the International Soccer Board to be a part of all events on this seasons Females Globe Sequence to help create the game ahead of the nation's hosting of the Olympics in 2016, when sevens will make its Olympic first appearance.
