The Hong Kong Soccer Football Partnership (HKRFU) and Hong Kong Females Soccer Sevens  planning panel have declared the groups playing the 17th-annual Cathay Hawaiian / HSBC Hong Kong Females Soccer Sevens in 2014.Eleven nationwide groups from five major regions will be going to Hong Kong for the tournament: South America, North America, Chinese suppliers, Italy, Ireland in Europe, Asia, Kazakhstan, African-American, Papua New Guinea, Singapore and South African-American. African-American will be on first appearance at the Hong Kong Females Soccer Sevens in 2014, becoming the 37th worldwide group to take aspect in the Females Sevens, a revolutionary event in worldwide women's sevens Rugby.

The competition will be organized at the Hong Kong Soccer Club on Saturday, Goal 28, 2014 with the Females last again taking center-stage at the gents Cathay Hawaiian / HSBC Hong Kong Sevens on Saturday evening in front of 40,000 sevens lovers.
